High Tensile Strength Wire

Binding wire for reinforcement tying method.

2. Frame structure, primary and secondary beam reinforcement placement order. In frame structure, the upper and lower reinforcement of secondary beam is placed above the upper and lower reinforcement of main beam, and the upper and lower reinforcement of frame connecting beam is placed above the upper and lower reinforcement of main frame beam.

3. The order of placing the main and secondary beam reinforcement of the foundation reinforcement. Foundation reinforcement, secondary beam upper main reinforcement is placed under the main beam upper main reinforcement, slab reinforcement upper reinforcement is placed under the foundation beam upper main reinforcement.

4. Bottom plate (top plate) rebar placement order. 8. Shear wall vertical tendon joints staggered. Shear wall in the same row of two adjacent vertical tendon joints should be staggered, different rows of two adjacent vertical tendon joints should also be staggered. Note that the length of the lap joint should meet 1.2laE in addition to the lap joint, and should also meet the lap range through the three horizontal bars.

9. Hoop reinforcement installation. The main reinforcement must be in close contact at the hoop bend. The lap part shall be made with double main reinforcement hoops, and the hoop bend hooks shall hook all the two main reinforcement bars.

10. Positioning hoop frame. Positioning hoop frame is set at the top of the frame column template to control the displacement of the reinforcement, and the positioning hoop is divided into two types: internal control type and external control type.
