The metallic zinc coating applied by the galvanizing process is an effective way to fight corrosion of steel. Galvanized wire used for general manufacturing purposes is available with either a standard galvanized coating or a heavy galvanized coating.
Standard galvanized coatings are smoother but less corrosion resistant than heavy galvanized coatings and are typically used for normal wire processing applications. Some typical end users include cages, bucket handles, coat hangers and baskets.
Heavy galvanized coatings are used in conditions where atmospheric corrosion is severe. End users include crop support lines using chemicals, pool fences or chain nets in coastal areas.
Quality Control:
We use a total quality control system. Every raw material; semi-finished and finished products are inspected and archived. Track records are used from the final product to the initial raw material mill.
